Join us and Sammie Gerbasio for a restorative and energizing Mat Pilates class—designed to help you feel strong, centered, and more at home in your body.

This class welcomes all fitness levels and focuses on intentional movement, breathwork, and alignment to help you build core strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility—without pressure or perfection.

Whether you're rediscovering your strength or simply carving out time for yourself, this class offers a supportive space to move at your own pace and recharge from the inside out.

In a Beginner/Intermediate Mat Pilates Class, You Can Expect:

Gentle yet effective core-focused movements

Posture and alignment support

Breathwork to calm the mind and energize the body

A non-judgmental environment where you’re free to modify as needed

Time carved out just for you—no guilt, no expectation

It’s a great way to build a strong foundation and connect with your body—no experience needed!

  • A yoga or Pilates mat

  • A water bottle

  • All other props and modifications will be provided.
