This class welcomes all fitness levels and focuses on intentional movement, breathwork, and alignment to help you build core strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility—without pressure or perfection.
Whether you're rediscovering your strength or simply carving out time for yourself, this class offers a supportive space to move at your own pace and recharge from the inside out.
In a Beginner/Intermediate Mat Pilates Class, You Can Expect:
