Curious about Mah Jong? Whether you’re brand new or just starting to build your confidence, this friendly and relaxed class is the perfect place to begin.

Designed especially for beginners and early learners, each session includes plenty of guidance and support. A patient, knowledgeable instructor is always on hand to walk you through the rules, strategies, and flow of the game—step by step, at your pace.

You’ll practice with others at a similar skill level in a no-pressure, welcoming environment. It’s not about competition—it’s about connection, learning, and a little bit of fun.

  • A 2025 Certified Mah Jong Card (available at nationalmahjonggleague.org or local card store)

  • Your curiosity and a willingness to learn!

  • All game materials and tiles will be provided
