Class experience
Join Sammie Gerbasio for a refreshing and supportive movement class that’s all about feeling good in your body—no matter your age or fitness level.
This low-impact class uses a chair for added comfort and stability as you move through gentle stretches, strength-building exercises, and calming breathwork. You’ll work on balance, mobility, and flexibility—while easing stiffness and boosting energy.
Whether you’re looking to stay active, reduce stress, or simply move with more confidence, this is a safe space to show up just as you are and leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected.
Class requirements
This class is open to all skill levels—no prior experience necessary. Whether you're new to movement or returning after time away, you'll be guided with care and encouragement every step of the way. There are no prerequisites, quizzes, or evaluations. Just bring your curiosity, a willingness to move, and a desire to feel your best.

Multi-Week Sessions (Ex: 4-8 Week Sessions)
For our multi-week sessions (4-8 weeks), cancellations made at least a week before the session starts are eligible for a full credit. Unfortunately, missed individual classes cannot be refunded or made up unless otherwise stated.
$23 per class for drop-in | Class pack available for discounted rate
