Introducing Kids Yoga at Workshop LI: Mindful Movement

We’re thrilled to bring Kids Yoga to Workshop in Wantagh, NY! These classes are designed to support emotional wellness, body awareness, and healthy movement for children at every stage. Whether your little one is just beginning to explore movement or your older child is ready for a more independent class, our new yoga offerings create space to stretch, play, and breathe together.

JUNE 24, July 1, July 15 and July 22! | 5:00 PM

This independent yoga class for kids ages 5+ introduces foundational yoga poses, mindful breathing, and playful movement designed to help kids unwind after school. Each class weaves in storytelling, themed flows, and creative expression to keep children engaged and inspired.

We focus on building strength, flexibility, and emotional resilience—while having fun in a supportive and inclusive environment.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Jamie Rose

Jamie found her passion for yoga after years of casual practice, drawn to the peace of studio classes. Certified in vinyasa, restorative, yin, and kids yoga, she teaches with a focus on breath, inner awareness, and energy flow—helping students feel calm, strong, and empowered beyond the mat.
